BMW iX1 Electric SUV Launched in India at Rs 66.9 Lakh.

The BMW iX1 Electric SUV was launched in India on September 28, 2023, at a starting price of Rs 66.90 lakh. It is the fourth electric model in BMW’s India line-up, following the i4 sedan, iX SUV and the i7 luxury sedan.

The iX1 is based on the BMW X1, which was BMW’s bestselling SUV in FY2023. It is power by a twin-motor electric powertrain that produces 313 horsepower and 495 Nm of torque. This gives the iX1 a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 5.6 seconds.

The iX1 has a WLTP-rated range of 440 km on a single charge. It comes with a BMW 11 kW wall box charger which takes 6.3 hours to fully charge the battery. The iX1 can also be fast charged at speeds of up to 130 kW, which can charge the battery from 10% to 80% in just 31 minutes.

It comes standard with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a panoramic sunroof and a wireless charging pad.

It also gets a suite of safety features, including six airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control and hill start assist.

The BMW iX1 Electric SUV is a great option for those looking for a luxury electric SUV with a long range and fast charging capabilities. It is also well-equip and comes with a host of safety features.
